Ronald Wagner - Non-Executive Chairman

Ronald’s role at Simply Ideas LLC is to handle all things M&A. He works with Gideon Rubin to add a layer of “vision” and opportunity to the company, making sure it is pointed in the right strategic direction without the benefit of a coin flip or a magic 8 ball.

Ronald has been working with high-growth companies for years as an operator and investor, growing and effecting liquidity events, largely in the online marketing services space. Companies where he previously held CEO or President roles include: WMC, Ironlight Digital, Clear Ink, PartnerWeekly. Ronald has a BA from Lewis & Clark College, and his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School.

Ronald joined Simply Ideas LLC in June of 2008.

In his spare time, Ronald plays chess with his sons, and eating oysters.
